Preparation and dispatch

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service and destination; they are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Address changes and delivery problems

Enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to change an address or have a delivery problem, contact us with your order number as soon as possible so we can check the shipment’s status.
