14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any tags. Please include proof of purchase or your order number.

How to request a return

Use our Contact page or call 628-280-9694 within the return window. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Contact us before sending your item back.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Use secure packaging and a tracked shipping service appropriate for the item’s value. Rex d’Or covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged or incorrect; contact us first for instructions.

Inspection and refunds

We will inspect returned jewelry and notify you whether the return has been approved. Refunds for approved returned items are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.
