Shipping
Dispatch timing is confirmed per item. Contact us before ordering to check availability and preparation time. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout; preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any tags. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; Rex d’Or covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
